12th Note Productions is located in the margins of the historic Boston city, Massachusetts. 12th Note Productions started as a private studio in the Summer of 2000 and later became a professional recording studio christened FJ Productions owned and operated under the auspices of Felix Mwangi a.k.a. FJ. In the preceding years though this studio has undergone virulent transformation and is now at the dawn of immense growth.

12th Note Productions recently won the "Production Company of the Year" Award from the New England Urban Music Awards of 2007. 
 
 Many recordings have been made at 12th Note productions including individuals and groups of different styles and genres. Click here to sample some of our work.
 We also offer on site recording services for live concerts and/or productions.
 
 At 12th Note Productions Recording studio, we pride ourselves in being able to offer you, the artist, the utmost in all your recording, mixing, mastering, duplication and video editing services.
 
 Mastering and small run duplication services are completely in-house. We have partnered with US Optical Disc Inc. and Tape Complex for all of your large replication orders.
